Some clinicians are providing services via telehealth only for the foreseeable future. We do not have an end date for telehealth sessions. While we understand telehealth is not ideal for everyone, it is in the best interest for our staff, our therapists, and our patients, to keep all of us safe and healthy. If you wish to continue services using in-office sessions, you may discuss your concerns directly with your provider.
Please save the link for your provider's virtual waiting room. Our office does not have the capability to send new links at the time of your appointment.
Insurance companies have been covering telehealth sessions the same as an in-person visit; however, as always, we encourage you to check with your insurance company about your individual insurance plan. We will continue to send claims in on your behalf, and if your insurance company denies the claims, you are ultimately responsible for payment for services.
| Once it is time for your appointment, click on the following link and follow the instructions to "check-in". Your therapist will see your name and image on their end and will initiate the session. Please make sure that your microphone and camera are set up to work with the doxy platform. You can do a pre-session test once logged in.

If you are experiencing respiratory virus symptoms, please opt for a Telehealth session(s)*. Once the following criteria have been met, you are welcome to attend in-person appointments again.
*Per CDC guidelines, we ask you not to come for an in-person session until the following criteria have been met:
1. Fever free without the use of fever-reducing medication for 24 hours
2. Symptoms are improving
3. 5-days post being fever free without the use of fever-reducing medication for 24 hours and symptoms improving
The Telehealth links for our providers can be found on our website, or please feel free to email us or text our administrative line at (614) 450-2927 if you need the link sent to you.
